OUR MISSION
To become the very first intensely hardcore simulation organization in gaming. Where other military, government and private sector simulations have failed, we shall prevail. Our mission isn't going to be easy because of all the competitive gamers out there who think simulation games like DayZ, Conan Exiles, Ark, Star Citizen and more are for fun, but when you take the game and utilize full immersion, the gamer becomes more aware of their surroundings, they start to trust their teammates as their own family and blood and they can adapt to any situation. And "IF" they die, their team will meet them at a rally point or maybe even come and pick them up, where others will have to survive alone, we will always be there to get you back on your feet and in the fight to glory.
We plan to start out on the Xbox One as a community, this is where we are just focusing on getting members and starting small organized teams and then later transforming those teams into full fledge assault and defense teams. Once we have achieved at least 20 members, we will begin forging our Simulation Team.
OUR FOUNDATION
The foundation of The Shadow Corporation is the Shadow Elites, Call-Sign Taskforce 17. They are born killers and defenders of the survival world. No matter the game, no matter the scenario, they will be there to Assault the enemy base without the enemy even knowing what's going on, it'll be too late and defend home base, before the enemy can know what they walked into, they'd be completely surrounded. This foundation is still under construction, but we will prevail.
OUR GOAL
The goal of the entire Shadow Corporation or SHDWCORP is to rise as the first Intensely Hardcore Immersive Simulation Organization cross platform. We will rise on Xbox, Venture out towards PlayStation Network once Xbox prevails and later venture out to PC once PlayStation prevails. So therefor when wargames like DayZ, ArmA and more cross platform their games, we will be ready. If that day never, comes. We will still be recognizable, so when you hear the name you'll know it alongside with every single gamer world-wide.

OUR SYSTEM
The system is fresh. We follow a simple and easy process that is getting us started. In case you want to learn how to start your own organized simulation process, I've listed the 7 steps below. The same steps to victory we are using and the same steps everyone uses to run an organized unit.

- Phase I: Lore (What kind of unit do we want to become) - PMC
- Phase 2: Recruitment (Officers) - Look for anyone with MilSim, GovSim, PS-Sim, or Veteran Leadership
- Phase 3: Recruitment (Maggots) - New Blood
- Phase 4: Security (How tight is your entry process)
- Phase 5: Training (How anal is your training)
- Phase 6: Growth (How big are you willing to go)
- Phase 7: Operational Awareness (MilSpec)
