Mission Statement
What We Are
The HIVE is a gaming community for people 16 years old and above that was created on January 3rd, 2020. The main purpose of this community is to provide a better gaming environment filled with other people for you to game with. The leadership behind the community are here to build and maintain that experience. We are always looking to innovate and bring new things to the HIVE to keep things fun, exciting, and a place of opportunity for those looking to get more deeply involved in helping run the community.
Dedicated Games
Here in HIVE we dedicate our priorities towards certain games first. Meaning the games we support will be the first we recruit for, host events for, have leadership for, and so on. We have members who play a variety of games that we don't officially support, so even if you don't find your game on this list, don't be afraid to join! We are always open to adding support for other games if we have enough members playing it.
Here are the games and the platforms for it that we currently support:
- Call of Duty NA & EU (x-platform across Xbox, PS4, and PC)
- Apex Legends NA (Xbox and PS4)
- Destiny 2 NA (Xbox, PS4, and PC) Work in progress
What We Value
Here in the HIVE we have standards and values we like to uphold. From previous experience, there are several values that I have come to appreciate and are values I look to encourage within our community. Some of the most important things we look for when considering positions in our community are:
- Loyalty
- Trust in Others
- Friendship
Loyalty is sometimes hard to come by in a passionate community and only certain opportunities will expose true loyalty. This is possibly the hardest trait to identify but we look to gain and keep people's loyalty to the HIVE community.
Trust in Others is something that should always be valued when creativity is let loose. People can only learn and progress if they have opportunity. Of course, not everyone can be given limitless boundaries but it's important for leadership to know when it's okay to give others the opportunity the lead.
Friendship is not something that can be forced, however we are gamers and that is at least one really good interest we share here! We strongly encourage everyone to get out there and meet others. We can't expect everyone to be best friends but we do expect you to make the effort!

HOW TO JOIN
We may not always see or respond to comments on Looking for Clan as fast as you would like, so the best way to join HIVE is to simply;
- Grab Discord if you don’t have it already,
- Create an account if you need one
- Jump into our server via the link here or on our website
One of our friendly Processing Department members will greet you as soon as they can and will have a chat with you to introduce how things work.

That's sweet to hear! We are always open up to people joining, even if they don't play the games we currently support, we have a lot of people here that could play those variety of games you play. And we are always open to opening more dedicated games here!
If you are looking for more competitive, we don't offer it yet, but we will in the future. I'm sure there are some members here that would be willing to show you a thing or two to get better as a player.

We most certainly have a lot of MW players, join up through our Discord and wait to get voice processed to become a full member! Even if you don't want to become a member yet, you still have access to our squad up channels and we do have a dedicated MW channel by using our self role channel to gain access.

For those curious on joining, the community as a whole is still a work in progress and isn't ready to launch. We have not worked towards building up our numbers nor making sure our operations are filled. You guys and gals are free to join with this link and are able to chill in the server until ready for launch.
