Vision Statement: To provide an opportunity for change to the worldwide gaming community in the form of transitioning from blatant and consistent online toxicity to that of a non toxic environment creating a new normal.
Mission Statement: To utilize the tools and talents at our disposal to create leaders who can interact with the online gaming community in order to teach others by example. The direct interactions with EOM members with people in and out of the community is designed to assist with conflict resolutions, decrease in toxic behaviors, increase in teamwork, nullify online bullying, and generally create a better gaming environment for anyone in contact with an EOM member.
Values: At EOM we value human compassion. Each and every member of EOM is taught from day one how to behave in an online environment that meets the standards that EOM is attempting to achieve world wide. Of those standards, kindness, compassion, friendship, teamwork, and comradery are some of the most important to keep in mind while interacting within a worldwide audience.
