Values: Tacit & Explicit sharing of knowledge. Each participates in harmony to other.
- Membership: All members agree to uphold a balanced conduct joining. (Hardcore or Casual - - giving aids balance)
- Elder/Welder: teacher to student to teacher
- Recreation: welcome to expand in-game character or participate together out of character (use BIO to clarify)
Five Schools of Focus:
- Unairu: (Survival & Defense) School of Mo
- Madurai: (Damage) School of Miscellany
- Naramon: (Melee) School of Diplomacy
- Zenurik: (Energy & Efficiency) School of Scholars
- Vazarin: (Healing) School of Yin-yang
UNAIRU represents Earth. (flesh, stability, durability, & bearing)

- believed that "everyone is equal before heaven", imitate heaven by engaging in the practice of collective love "universal love"; misleading...essential problem of human ethics was an excess of partiality in compassion, not deficit in compassion as such. Aim was to re-evaluate behavior, not emotions or attitudes.
MADURAI represents Fire. (heart, force, passion, & raw ability)
- integrated teachings from different schools; and avoid their perceived flaws.
NARAMON represents Wood. (eyes, growth, flourish, & reaching outward)
- representative thinkers; focused on practical matters instead moral principle, so it stressed diplomatic tactics, and debate/lobbying skill.

ZENURIK represents Metal. (concentrating, reserving, & abundance)

VAZARIN represents Water. (bone, supporting, adaptability, & sympathy)
