Ever wished you didn't have to find a new group of friends/clan mates every time you take interest in another game? Sick of little kids and immature people ruining your experience? Want some effective structure without having to cram a metal rod up your spine to fit in?
The Kaldaran Empire is a long-standing cross-game community dating back in prior forms to 2010. In late 2018 we more properly opened out doors to the public. We employ a military-inspired rank structure that rewards based on meritocracy. We like to believe we've found the right balance of structure to get things done and flexibility to allow people the room they need to have fun and make friends.

✪Structure: With a basic ranking system based on military structure and the division of the clan into 'Legions' we are able to overcome the single-clan limits of many games, and allow more effective administration through experienced Officers.
✪Positive Atmosphere: Everyone's generally rather friendly, and genuinely welcoming to new players. We make sure to encourage people not to clique up too much and to spend time getting to know new recruits to help them find their footing. There's also a lot of friendly banter and some light-heated bickering like any good group.
✪Camaraderie: Different from just being friendly, there's a sense of genuine friendships that can be forged, people you can count on. We've come together to fund-raise for each other, buy games for each other, pool resources and create a genuine sense of Community that is difficult to find elsewhere. Many members are happy to contribute to something more than just getting an item in-game.
✪Training: We have experienced players that are frequently encouraged to share their experience with patience and respect for new players. Everyone was new once, and we prefer to help those people improve so that the entire group can prosper. This includes mechanics, strategies and the like.

𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎
✪18+: This is non-negotiable. We are an adult community, and for various reasons, this has to stay that way. The benefit is generally a more mature player base and an understanding when life circumstances come up.
✪Activity: We don't have a serious 'minimum activity'. We get it. Tastes for games can come and go. We're a multi-game entity for a reason. Generally we care more about your activity in Discord and how sociable you are than we do about your activity in game. Though both is obviously the best.
✪English Language: You don't have to be perfect or English as a first language, but we do require you to be fluent enough to communicate to minimize the potential problems of coordinating and organizing that the language barrier creates.
✪Thick Skin: The easily-offended need not apply. Kaldara believes generally in free speech, and occasionally there are some "offensive" jokes that get made. The general rule is don't be insufferable or cruel, but offense is taken not given. And many of us insult our best friends as a joke or jab on a regular basis. And everyone knows not to take that too seriously.

Been with Kaldara for about 4 months now, and I'm heading the Warframe side of things in Kaldara. Everyone I've met so far (Inc. it's leaders) have been so welcoming to new ideas, methods of expanding, looking to make join us even easier, and of course making new friends and having great times to boot.
I myself spent a lot time alone, looking for some decent people to play with, though LFG's on Destiny 2, Warframe and may others. But I never found one that respected my time to create or follow things up. Leadership structures that left unchecked, would be their own down falls. Power mad people who demanded respect from their peers, while never looking to the far distant future, of what their communities could be.
Kaldara is everything that actively seeks to avoid this. Leadership decisions that make sense, taking not only ideas from their peeps into account, but also placing people who want the chance to lead, in positions that make sense to each different person. Whenever something goes wrong, leadership taking the time to find the source of the issue, not putting a band-aid on it, and hoping for the best.
Members, who respect where they stand within the ranks of Kaldara, while having the option to seek further roles within it, Kaldara itself respects the time they put in to help others, to help on projects within Kaldara, or just being there when a fireteam needs another pair of hands (Or another keyboard and mouse in this regard) to finish that raid, or that Nightfall.
Yes, every gaming community, has it's bad eggs. We are no different. We want everyone within Kaldara to enjoy THEIR time they chose to spent with us. The mere fact so many people want to spend their time with us, is reward enough. We value the fact that everyone is their own person, with their own ideals, their own take on what happened in various times and places. But that should not replace the fact that people who take it too far, take it the wrong way, or worse things god forbid. That is why we have a ticket system in place to keep the peace (forgive the pun). ANY member of Kaldara can file a ticket against anyone who they believe are not following the rules. In this, only members of good judgement and fairness, take up responding to such cases as the need arises.
Finally, the effort put to providing a good place for people all over the world to share good times, making great friends, and maybe helping others to develop their own skills with may paths of moderation roles, website design council, animation effects team, and of course leadership roles, Kaldara offers everyone to explore new paths to grow. Of course, these only my views, but hope this serves to guide others if they are looking for community that offers this kind of atmosphere.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, thank you to Kaldara as a whole, and of course the wider gaming community, for letting me be a part of it.
Daniel Hetherington, Lord Shadow 4465 of The Kaldaran Empire, Warframe Company Leader.

Been with the clan for quite a long time now. They were the ones to help me get started properly in Warframe, and in destiny 2 as well. Very great clan, i highly recommend joining them.
