We are a gaming community that values the concept of being a family and we have worked hard to make sure we have a place for everyone. We're established and active; consisting over 8,000+ active gamers from all around the world. Xiled Syndicate is a coalition of 5 gaming branches:

ABOUT US:

XS is a professional, family orientated community established on the 7th of July 2010, to provide a calm, caring and supportive environment for gamers, players, and game lovers all around the world.

XS is here to help gamers excel in the world of gaming and every other aspect of life. We aim to help gamers find new opportunities in gaming, as well as improve their gaming experience in an atmosphere built around friends, fun and for the sake of creating good times with people from all parts of the world. We as a community are dedicated to expanding gamers knowledge of gaming in order to help them reach their personal maximum potential in all types of games. This community is here to provide help for new and old gamers all around the world’s gaming community.

Xiled Syndicate is positioned on all types of consoles, and we play many games. We take pride in our leadership and ranking system which has helped our community grow for nearly nine years. However, we most grateful to the members of our community that have helped XS become the awesome community it is today.

Xiled Syndicate has many competitive teams in our community positioned all around the world, as well as divisions on all updated consoles which provides a warm and welcoming family-based environment for all gamers to be brought into no matter what race, gender, religious affiliation, or nationality they belong to. It is a goal far too uncommon in the gaming community, and is not often honestly sought. This community is the perfect abode for anyone wishing to escape the lulls of silly clan probation periods, distinct divides in community ranks, unrealistic demands of attendance, and continual ugliness of clan wars.

We as a community bring in members to help them find more gamers in our wide and expanding family where we hope they feel welcome, and can express their talents around others who share the same or similar talents. Xiled Syndicate also places emphasis on nurturing life related skills in all our members; loyalty, dedication, and respect are some of the main skills that XS instills in all its members.

OUR MISSION:

XS is constantly striving to enhance the online gaming environment; whether they play competitively or casually, Xiled Syndicate is a place for all gamers to call home, while also allowing its members to express their individual talents and passions for video games.

When the words “Clan” or “Gaming Community” are heard, for most people, the same thought comes to mind:

“Gamers who put random letters in their Call of Duty Clan Tag and call themselves a clan, who are generally rude, loudmouth members who can only seem to make jabs against other gamers.”

When the Founders of the Xiled Syndicate created this Community, in the beginning of what would be a long and beautiful history, they set out to change the stigma of what a Gaming Community is understood to be. Hey a is perfect description of the Xiled Syndicate:

“We are a community of gamers who are united for the common love of the game. We are more than a community, but a family who genuinely cares for each other, and will stick together win or lose.”

THESE ARE THE TOP 10 REASONS ON WHY A GAMER SHOULD JOIN XILED SYNDICATE:

Reason #1 Family. Nowadays, all you see is the constant disrespect between people. Whether it is due to the difference in their personal background, racial, heritage, life choices, and so on. All that seems to happen is the exhibition of constant hatred from people.

Xiled Gaming Network leaders teach, as well as show their members that no matter who we are or where we are from, we can all be a family in this Community. We treat each other with respect, help each other in troubling times, work with each other to solve common problems and reach our goals as one-a family.

Reason #2 Dedication. No matter what has happens, the members of the community have a habit of standing by, and supporting the community and its leaders. It has been that way since day one. Now, that my friend, is the definition of dedication. The leaders of this community work hard to instill in its members the importance of taking pride in who you are [self-worth], and standing by what you believe in [integrity]. These are definitely amazing qualities to have.

The Leaders and members of Xiled Syndicate are constantly working together to improve the community, to provide an exceptional gaming experience for its members.

Reason #3 Responsibility. Through our Clan Operations ranks, responsibilities are divided among each rank, as each rank has its own duties. This teaches members to value responsibility and take advantage of it. As a high-ranking member, one can oversee anywhere from 100, 500, even up to every member of the community. This is responsibility for not only yourself as a member, but for other members of the community. This is because a decision that you make can affect many other people. That definitely helps put things into perspective.

Reason #4 Fun. The reasons why you should join this community would not be complete if we left out the biggest part of the community. At the end of the day, our members really know how to have fun. Whether it is a meeting, game night, or a tournament, even if you’ve had a crappy day, we know how to lift each other up when we are down.

This family is built around having fun, regardless of the type of gaming you do; competitive, casual, and any other gaming there is, just have fun.

Reason #5 Opportunities. There are a lot of opportunities within XS (Xiled Syndicate). The three main sides to XS are clan ops (operations), web ops, and the competitive aspect. If an individual wants to join XS for, let’s say, a competitive team, we have those. XS currently has an all-females team called Xiled Ladies (XL) and a GOW (Gears of War) team called Xiled Goons (XG). The possibilities are endless as XS caters to all types of wants and needs of the members of its community.

Reason #6 Sponsors. XS is widely known for having a lot of sponsors. With these sponsors, it shows that XS has the backing of numerous companies that trust XS and its leadership. Members and non-members can use code “XGN” on products from Gfuel, Konsole Kingz, G2A, GamerCrates, Kontrol Freek, Scuf Gaming, and Jerky Pro. Each of these sponsors will have varying percentages off the order, it all depends on the specific product.

Reason #7 Security. If you’re a member of XS, then you know of something called a “Blacklist”. What the blacklist is, is a medium with which members of the community that don’t abide by the very basic rules of the community are denied contact with the rest of out members. This is used when an individual, or community, is deemed a severe threat to XS and denied contact with our members for security reasons as they are too hostile to contact with. With a blacklist, it makes our community a safer place to play with others.

Reason #8 Updates. XS has a news team. The news team talks about a wide range of topics like game reviews, interviews with members of the community across platforms, etc. The news team writes about the big announcements in XS, as well to keep all XS members updated on various aspects of the community. In essence, with the news team, members of the XS community can expect the best game reviews, interviews, and other updates about the community.

Reason #9 Leadership. In all aspects of the community, XS takes pride in its leadership. Besides building up great, hardworking, and nice people through the ranks to build and manage divisions, some of what you learn in XS can be implemented in real life. There are many members who praise XS for helping them in real life situations because being a leader in XS trains them to think and react to situations better.

Reason #10 Activity. XS is constantly having tournaments, game nights, and everything in between to continue to keep the active and moving. XS is a very active clan, we have succeeded this far on bringing members; new and old, together to have a great gaming experience. Every division must have at least two cross squad game nights, or division, to ensure constant activity all round the week and make XS grow throughout.

Once the application is reviewed a member of our recruitment department will contact you for further instructions
You will be placed into squad based on your gaming platform (XB1, PS4, PC, Mobile) and game style/type
You will also be contacted by your squad leader to get you introduced and setup with our community (Discord, etc.)
After that you are free to game with more than 8600 members in our community and officially be part of Xiled Syndicate
