• Introduction

Hello, My name is XGC Touch XS. I am a leader in Xiled Gaming. We are a Casual and Competitive Clan.

• Clan History 

Xiled Gaming was created in 2006 and is growing every day. The founders created XG in hopes of running a fun and friendly community free of cheating. We are not just a clan on one specific game. We play all types of games anywhere from Rainbow Six to ESO and so forth. Basically you name the game there is someone in the community that plays it. We have over 80,000 registered members, but don't get discouraged if you are looking for a small clan as each clan in our community is built up around about 10-30 members.

• Communication

Our main form of communication is our website: www.xiledgaming.com we do forum games as well as well as tons of events all the time. We normally talk though Xbox parties because people are on all the time.

• What We Do

Competitive:

We host practices and have two ESL teams as well as what we call our Elite Teams.

Casual:

We like to involve everyone no matter how good or bad. We also like to take a break from the “sweating” in ranked to have some run.

• Expectations

What we expect from members:

• Respect other clan members and yourself.

• Does NOT rage quit or walk out on others and have patience.

• Willing to be a team player and put others first on occasions.

• Play with the clan when you have have time as we all have lives outside of Xbox.

I find these expectations to be rather simple and not too selective. I want you to be a part of the clan and actively play with other members. Personally I play just about every day, and I’m understanding to those who have other priorities.

•Honor Code

The Honor Code is what we are based off of. The following are our rules:

• XGC members will display a professional gaming demeanor at all times.
• All XGC members MUST be at least 18 years of age. XGC is a mature gaming community. If a gamer is under the age of 18, they will be recruited into KoG or SYN. 
• All XGC members must register on the website within one week of their recruitment to remain in XGC.
• All XGC members are encouraged to share any issues or ideas through the chain of command.
• New members will not be allowed to change their gamer tag until reaching the rank of Sergeant and receiving approval from a Section Leader or higher.
• XGC members CANNOT be apart of any other gaming communities/clans! Any and all gamer tags must be either in XGC clans or in none at all.
• Violation of the Honor Code will earn a Gamer a warning; two warnings and you will be banned from the community.
• Honor Code violations consist of trash talking, t-bagging, discrimination, racism, sexism, harassment, illegal drugs, cheating, poaching, squad deranking, or any other aggressive behavior toward fellow online gamers. Cheating is defined as any manipulation of online play; this includes, but is not limited to modding, bridging, stand-bying, forcing host, action replay, glitching / super jumping in match making / ranked games to gain an unfair advantage, playing online custom / ranked games with Modders, and circle boosting. Every situation is different and will be handled appropriately on a case by case basis.

• Joining The Clan

We all with play with you for a few days or so to make sure your fit for us and we're fit for you. Once we have agreed upon each other we will get you signed up on our website and read you our Honor Code to make sure this is fit for you. If you leave a comment below.
