Cursed Sails - Sea of Thieves Update

Cursed Sails - Sea of Thieves Update

1st Aug 2018 - 11:38am

Sea of Thieves is one of the most unique (and beautiful) titles floating round at present. We've had a good ride over the last few months, but players have been rapidly running out of things to do in game.

Suddenly.... BAM! Rare (the company behind the title) have released a brand new update featuring new ships, content, missions and narratives. The trailer above sets the scene, but what changes have actually been made?

For starters, players now have access to a middle-class ship known as the Brigantine, purposely built for for 3-man crews.

The world also feels more "Dangerous". Sailing around the map now invites battle with sea-faring skeletons who will rise out of the water and deck you one.

Best of all, this is a sign of things to come. While this update doesn't necessarily fix all the shortcomings of the title, rare are committed to improving and expanding the Sea of Thieves world. The future certainly looks bright if they continue on their current course.

Sea (pun intended) the Official Announcement for more details.

Hey Kannon,

Currently, our system only supports a single owner of a clan profile. We can transfer ownership on your behalf, but can't (yet) assign multiple admins for a single page.

That said, we've got some exciting plans in the pipeline to flesh out clan profiles with these types of features. I'll update the community with a Developers Blog post as and when these are deployed to the site :)
