What do you gain? We have 700 members, although you will not be paid, content creators may advertise their channels, codes, and we may provide video editors for them. All we ask is for you to do the same and advertise us ex. shouting us out on your channel, also we ask if you can run custom games for us. Editors: Editors will be asked to create work for the team, such as GFX work/Team Montages, we do not ask often. What you gain from it is again, to advertise yourself and you may ask our members to pay for your work.

TLDR: We give you a platform and you do the same for us.
