Mission Statement

Welcome to Cortex!

Cortex is a close-knit, professional and highly organised international multi-gaming community. We are highly active, treat people equally and welcome all walks of life be that casual or competitive, we have the experience to aid you in your gaming ventures. We value loyalty, respect, and mature mindedness within our community.

Cortex has over 20 years of combined gaming experience, with over 15 years of community leadership. We offer an equal platform for all walks of life, man or woman we have a new home for you. You will be treated with respect, welcomed warmly and assigned to a division upon joining our discord server.

Cortex provides many benefits to members, foremost a very active and organised community to get involved with. Weekly events to attend within your chosen game, and new friends to play with. If you can play an hour a day or 12 hours a day we have a place for you.

Age - You are required to be 18+.

Multi-Clanning - We ask for loyalty above all else. If you are apart of another clan, cortex is not for you. We offer a guest tab so friends can come to play with you on our discord, please as a member of cortex use our exclusive voice channels for your groups.

Community Rules
- No Toxicity what so ever. (Banter does happen, but if taken to far it can be subject to action).
- No Offensive Language (racism, sexism, homophobia, Religious offense). - Have a Working Microphone (This does not include people who are deaf, we do not exclude anyone).
- Use Discord voice channels for in-game communications. (Preferred, for PC and cross platform. Console members do not need to apply by this rule).
- Play atleast one of our supported games.
- No Racism, bullying, sexism or thirsting of any kind.
- Treat people with kindness and humility. We are a family and community, treat others how you wish to be treated and respect other peoples values.
- No Politics, or religious dogma. Your personal views and religion are respected, however keep them to your private life.
- Have a clear and readable Discord name.
- Inappropriate Discord statuses are not welcome.

Advertising & Streaming - No Advertising of other clan's, or scamming services. - If you're streaming please follow the terms and conditions of the streaming site you're on, as a member of cortex when streaming please follow our community rules also (as you will technically be representing the community).
